EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE.

$250/hr

(WEEKDAYS)

$350/hr

(WEEKENDS)

  • 10% off for booking 3 hours or above

  • 50% rent deposit required

  • extra cost might be charged for additional service/facilities

PRIVATE EVENTS.

$800/hr

(MON-THUR)

(FRI-SUN)

  • minimum booking hour: 5 hours

  • ​​10% off for booking  8  hours or above

  • Booking rate for full day / regular basis  maybe negotiable.

  • Booking rate for special project can be negotiated depends of the project's nature.

  • Extra cleaning fee of at least $150 will be charged if the studio is left with any disposal. Hirer(s) must clean up after the event and return the studio in good condition. 

  • STEP OUT Studios reserves all rights to make adjustment to the booking rate, extra charges etc.

WOOD FLOOR RENTAL

Looking for a stage for your performance which is flexible in size,  suitable for location no matter it's outdoor or indoor,  and even with good sound?

​

We have  for you a plenty of high quality wood floors made with Oak wood, that produce beautiful sounds. Especially great for performance like tap dance and flamenco. We hope to support local artist who shares a same dream as ours.

SIZE: Mostly 4 ft x 4 ft

DESIGN: Combinable with one more than 1 piece.  Flexible in size (square or rectangle).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

STUDIO RULES AND PENALTY
  • A deposit of 50% rental fee is required in order to secure your booking, which will be refunded after the event only when STEP OUT Studios found the studio is returned in good condition. The deposit should not be paid later than 10 days after the booking request.Late deposit might lead to cancellation of booking. The deposit may be retained for compensation for any damages/unpaid rent/cleaning charge/late return of studio etc/
  • Rental fee must be paid at least 2 days before the booking date. Extra fee will be imposed for any late rental payment. STEP OUT Studios reserves the right in cancelling the booking.
  • NO eating and drinking is allowed on the wooden floor area. (at least $5000 penalty fee will be charged for any damages)
  • NO smoking. ($1500 penalty fee will be charged if found)
  • At least $1000 (per item) for any damage of STEP OUT Studios' properties.
  • Hirer(s) is responsible for cleaning up after the event. Extra cleaning fee may be charged if any disposal/waste is found.
  • All electronic devices must be turned off before returning the studio. 
  • STEP OUT Studios reserves all rights for imposing extra charge for any other unstated situation.
CANCELLATION AND RE-SCHEDULING
  • For booking re-scheduling, hirer(s) must inform us at least 48 hours before the event. Re-schedule of the booking is only available within 2 months and the hirer(s) must inform us and request at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • For booking cancellation, hirer(s) must inform us immediately. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE for any cancellation. 
  • Hirer(s) may re-schedule / receive a refund only when the event is cancelled due to uncontrollable and emergency reasons. (Including but not limited to: Bad weather, su​ch as black rainstorm signal, typhoon signal 8 or above; Special traffic situation etc.
An agreement must be made between STEP OUT Studios and the hirer(s) of whether the event should continue.  
  • If the booking is cancelled by STEP OUT Studios, hirer(s) will receive a full refund / allowed to re-schedule the booking.
  • STEP OUT Studios reserves all rights to cancel bookings.
